Ted Lawton - Broker Associate

Ted Lawton Brings a wealth of real estate, property, project, maintenance, and construction management experience to the team at Cerda-Zein Real Estate. During his 11 years of experience he has worked for major FORTUNE 500 companies such as Pulte Homes, Fluor Corporation, ConocoPhillips, C.B. Richard Ellis on a wide range of projects including the new San Francisco Bay Bridge, Refinery Expansions, Commercial Office Buildings, Warehouses, Restaurants, Multi-Family Homes, and Luxury 12,000 Sqft. Mansions. He has obtained a Masters of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelors of Science in Business from Cal Poly SLO. In addition to his Real Estate Brokers License he also holds a General Contractors License and a Home Inspection Certification. Ted has built nearly 1000 homes during his career and owns / manages a construction company that specializes in 203k projects and residential remodeling / commercial projects.
