RENTAL APPLICATION
Information
To ensure a complete application and in order to expedite the process, make sure to include the following items when submitting your rental application package:
- All proposed tenants 18 years or older will need to complete an application
- There is a $20 non-refundable fee for each application. This fee covers credit check and application processing.
- A copy of your driver's license or photo identification card.
- Proof of employment (either a recent paycheck stub, a copy of your most recent Income Tax Return if self-employed, or a letter of hire from your employer).
